You can still take your vehicle to Moraine Lake and the actual lake at Lake Louise but parking is limited in the high season and you must get up the road very early to get one!

New in 2021: Parks Canada is offering daily shuttles from the Lake Louise Park and Ride (6km east of Lake Louise village) to the Lake Louise Lakeshore and Moraine Lake. Available from May 21 October 11, 2021. Shuttles must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a seat. Walk up seats are not available.

Nice scrambles here include the two Banff classics, Mt. Rundle and Cascade Mtn. The Lake Louise area has Mt. Temple, Mt. Fairview, and Mt. Richardson, each offering a unique experience amongst outstanding scenery.

New peak added Fossil Mountain from the Skoki area behind the Lake Louise Ski hill in 2008. Scrambled November 1, 2008, winter fun, great scenery and good temperatures!

Newly added for 2009 is Lipalian Mountain and Mt Richardson. Talk about beautiful views from these peaks!

Newly added for 2011 is Mt St Piran. As worthy as Mt Fairview!

Newly added for 2015 is Ptarmigan Peak.

Newly added for 2016 is the Cory Pass / Edith Pass Loop
